Overview

Christine Provencher is a partner in the Commercial Litigation Group with experience in major civil and commercial litigation cases. She represents clients of the firm in all types of contract disputes, primarily in the construction industry.

In her construction practice, Christine represents stakeholders that include owners, professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, in connection with issues relating to construction defects, project management, breach of contract, claims for delay or additional work, performance bonds, and legal hypothecs. She also offers consulting services relating to construction project management, preparing or disputing claims, drafting or revising construction contracts, reviewing, replying or contesting call for tenders, and co-ownership issues.

In addition, Christine represents a range of clients in complex commercial litigation, and a substantial portion of her practice is dedicated to franchising.
