Tara Ballingall is a Law Clerk supporting Fasken’s Corporate/Commercial group in Toronto. Over the past two decades, she has amassed a breadth of experience in the areas of M&A, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and financings.
Assisting in all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including Estate/Tax reorganizations, Tara has extensive experience with incorporations, organizations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions, registrations, drafting share conditions, and the general maintenance of minute books.
She also assists lawyers with corporate due diligence, preparation of remedial documentation, drafting and maintenance of closing agendas and closing documentation, attending and assisting at closings, and compilation and completion of closing record books.
