Rosemary McCabe is a Paralegal in Vancouver providing assistance to clients of the firm’s Securities Technology group.
With more than 26 years’ of experience working in law firms in Toronto and Vancouver, Rosemary assists with public and private securities transactions for global mining and technology entities, as well as venture capital and start up entities, and assists with regulatory filings for public entities, as well as with routine maintenance.
Her experience also includes assisting with financings and other transactions related to private lending, and share and asset purchase transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Rosemary gained substantial experience working at law firms working with mining companies listed on the TSX-V and TSX.
