Overview

Philippe Beauchamp is a member of the Corporate/Commercial group at the Québec City office. He joined the Fasken team in 2016, after articling with the firm.

His practice is primarily transactional and covers complex corporate reorganizations, private financings, mergers, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses. Philippe also prepares a wide range of corporate documents.  He negotiates and drafts various types of commercial agreements and advises clients on numerous legal and commercial issues inherent in these sectors.
