Overview

Carolina Fusco is an experienced paralegal who specializes in various areas of business law since 1999. She is a senior paralegal with Fasken’s business law group in Montreal.

Carolina assists lawyers in the preparation of closing documents in connection with various corporate and fiscal transactions involving, among other things, mergers, acquisitions and fiscal and commercial reorganizations. She conducts minute book audits and various corporate searches in the context of due diligence.

Carolina also prepares for clients and lawyers of the firm, documentation relating to, among other things, incorporations, organizations, amendments of articles, continuances, arrangements, mergers, dissolutions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes and various other share transactions.
